# In Case You Have Received Defective Media: For defective components or COA on OEM software, dealer must be a registered OEM System Builder and go to http://oem.microsoft.com If the system builder is not registered, they will need to register so they can make a replacement request.
The registration link is: http://www.microsoft.com/oem/enroll.mspx Once registered, the System Builder may select the appropriate replacement link for a COA. For media the Reseller goes to OEM site, clicks on link specifically for media replacement, http://oem.microsoft.com/script/contentpage.aspx?pageid=555744 Parts of replacement form are pre-populated, based on reseller's sign-in. Reseller fills out remaining portions of the form, submits to Microsoft. Reseller receives replacement media shipment. If the reseller has questions or issues with the process, they may e-mail sbcreplacea@msdirectservices.com directly.
# For End Users they need to contact their System Builder for support. However, if they are unable to obtain support from their System Builder, there will be E-2-E Media Replacement support only at a minimal charge.
