We understand many people do not want to disconnect their computer, put it in the car, then drive to a computer shop, make a second trip to pick it up later, then lug it back into the home or office and reconnect everything. That's why we come to you!

If we can't correct the problem in short order or need to use certain diagnostic tools or equipment, we'll take your computer to our shop to perform the necessary repairs and/or maintenance. Return delivery is usually within 24 to 48 hours and is free with your service order.

African Palm Engineers are network experts. We can quickly troubleshoot and correct any high-speed DSL/Cable/T1/DS3/OC3 connection issues and resolve any routing (satic, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IGRP) issues.

We will charge you $99 to come and fix these problems excluding cost of any parts.
